Telco Churn Predictor
“Is this subscriber about to leave?”
For businesses that rely on repeat customers, it’s typically less expensive to retain a customer than to replace a customer. So, it’s not uncommon for businesses to build a model that predicts when a customer is about to leave (churn) and then proactively offers the customer an incentive to continue being a customer.
Typically, this model would be automated, running in the background regularly and then acting on its own. But, for demonstration purposes, I’ve built a web form that interacts with a churn model and then displays the output here.
