My local Wegman's phased out plastic bags a few months ago. Historically, I've used those bags to 'clean the yard' after my dogs every few days. However, without a steady supply of bags, I decided to stop letting the dogs go in the yard and instead just walk them 2-3 times a day.
So, strange unintended consequences of Wegman's making a positive ecological change:
- My dogs are getting more walks thus
- My dogs are happier
- I am getting more walks thus
- Slight increase in fat loss rate thus
- I am getting happier
