Pretty good.
It's VERY much a comic book in movie form and less a superhero movie.
Nicholas Hoult is easily the best Lex Luthor ever and Edi Gathegi stole every scene he was in as Mr Terrific.
Plot is exactly as silly as a comic book. Visually its a warmer James Gunn. Effects are well integrated. And (like Fantastic Four) they let emotional moments breath instead of undercutting them with postmodern-y jokes and asides.
Cautiously optimistic about where James Gunn takes the DCU, but never considered myself even remotely a DC fan
